In a precedent that confirms the racist and criminal nature of the Zionist entity, the so-called "Knesset" has given initial approval to the law for the execution of Palestinian prisoners. This step represents a serious escalation against the sons and daughters of the Palestinian people behind bars and a flagrant violation of all international norms and conventions.
Absolute Condemnation
We condemn in the strongest terms this barbaric, occupation law, which legitimizes the intentional killing of protected prisoners under the Geneva Conventions and turns prisons into human slaughterhouses under a false legal cover. This law is nothing but a new criminal tool added to the bloody arsenal of the occupation, intended to justify more killing and extermination under "legal" labels that lack the slightest humanitarian or moral legitimacy.
Systematic Rape: A New Stain of Shame
In a related context, the brutality of the occupation's crimes is escalating to the extent of systematic rape and sexual torture within its detention centers. Documented human rights reports have revealed horrific sexual violations against Palestinian detainees, including the appalling crimes, video evidence of which was leaked from the Sde Teiman torture center. The applause of those present in the courtroom for soldiers who raped a Palestinian female hostage reflects the depth of the moral and ethical decay of this entity and confirms that rape crimes are not isolated incidents but rather part of a systematic torture policy committed with official protection.
Nature of the Occupying Entity
What can be expected from an entity founded on carnage and bloodshed? An entity built on massacres and ethnic cleansing since its colonial inception will not hesitate to continue shedding blood under any name or pretext. The laws enacted by this entity are nothing but criminal machines wrapped in legal terminology, aimed at giving false legitimacy to its organized crimes against the Palestinian people and gaining the acceptance of the international community, which remains silent about its crimes.
Urgent Demands
We demand that the international community, the United Nations, and all human rights organizations:
1. Issue a clear and unequivocal condemnation of this racist, criminal law and exert real pressure on the occupation to halt its passage.
2. Activate international accountability mechanisms against the leaders of the occupation who legislate war crimes.
3. Protect Palestinian prisoners and ensure their basic rights as civilian detainees under occupation.
4. Impose deterrent sanctions on the Zionist entity to prevent it from implementing this criminal law.
Call to the Islamic Nation
We also call upon the Islamic Nation, with all its institutions, organizations, and peoples, to stand against these criminal laws and take firm and effective stances against this usurping entity. International and regional Islamic organizations must activate their role in:
1. Boycotting the Zionist entity politically, economically, and culturally.
2. Supporting the Palestinian people and their just cause by all available means.
3. Mobilizing Islamic and international public opinion against these crimes.
4. Pressuring governments to take decisive positions.
5. Exposing the crimes of the occupation through media platforms.
Conclusion
The silence of the international and Islamic community regarding these crimes makes it complicit in them. Complicity with the occupation in passing its racist laws represents a violation of all human values. We warn of the danger this law poses to the lives of thousands of prisoners and affirm that the Palestinian people will not compromise on the blood of their sons and daughters. They will remain steadfast in confronting the occupation until full liberation, and supporting the oppressed is a religious duty incumbent upon every Muslim.
